We are willing to work with brokers who either represent the buyer or seller, providing they are direct to them.

We will not work with a chain of brokers in a transaction as we feel from experience these deals never complete as information and response changes as it is passed down the line.

For direct brokers we are prepared to work on a joint fee basis, with each party receiving 50% each of agreed fees.

For a broker to introduce a buyer or seller to us, in the first instance, please e-mail the proposal to our Chief Executive;

We will then confirm specific fee arrangements with that broker.

Fees must be confirmed in advance, in writing before we move forward on behalf of either a buyer or seller.

All fees to be paid by ourselves to brokers will be paid within 48 hours of us receiving them and will be paid plus VAT if applicable, upon receipt of an invoice from the broker concerned.

We will not pay fees to any broker without the relevant invoice.
